Visions of light, sweetest delight...
Hello loves. It's been quite a while since my last update, so I thought I'd fill you in on some stuff.
#1. Against my better judgement, I still talk to Kelly sometimes. She's off in some home or place or something and I doubt she can do much harm there and I feel kinda bad for her. I mean, she's done stupid stuff, but I don't think her parents are handling it properly. To my knowledge, she hadn't done anything too wrong. Instead of getting her help, they just ship her off to some place to be dealt with, like some sort of criminal. She's not quite THAT bad. I never really thought her foster parents cared all that much for her, which makes no sense. After all, they adopted her, not vice versa.
#2. While I am still unable to technically live at the apartments, I will still be moving in on the 15th. To visit. For a few months. At least till I'm 18 and can technically live there. Screw you Bush. So, that means super frantic packing for me! Four days! AHHHH! I'm going out of my mind. What's worse is Tyler has NOT sent in his FAFSA YET!!! Arg, he's not gonna get the money in time, that idiot...even I haven't gotten it yet and we sent it in ages ago. He also hasn't registered for RCTC yet! Not to my knowledge anyways. He better have sent it in! I really am going to get grey hairs over this. Life is such a trial. Bugger. Bugger bugger bugger. I'm really not liking this. I know it'll get better after we're settled in, but until then I'm going to absolutely lose my mind. Packing is such a bitch. I wish I could just wave a magical stick and everything would pack itself, like in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. That'd be nice. At least I don't have a whole house to pack. It must be a real bitch to move a whole family. Like...appliances and silverware and clothes and furniture and computers and papers and all that! I can't imagine why some people move so much! I'd go mad packing and unpacking all that! Gah, nevermind, I don't want to even think of that....
#3. Erm...have I mentioned that Matt and June got back together? They had their 1st month anniversary on the 6th of this month. Hopefully they can both come to the party, if we have one. I'm hoping when we get all moved in we can have a sort of apartment warming party, everyone bring something to help us get started, you know? Cause I bet groceries will be more money that it'd just be better if we didn't have to fork out for. We've got about $200 for a deposit? Downpayment? I dunno...and first month's rent. Rent is about $100+ after this. I can't remember the exact numbers....
#4. Finally, I'm getting a cell phone! Mum just got new phones for her and Gene, so she's givin me her old one! It'll be nice, just about $20 a month if I don't text or call before 7 on weekdays, which I'm pretty sure I can manage. I can call my sister, Erika, or her husband and I think Mom anytime for free. It'll be nice. I've always wanted a cell phone.
Anyways, that's enough for now. I better get back to packing...urg. Send me lovins huns, I think I'll need it.
