today we spent the afternoon in che's drinking tea and eating some yummy pizza. we also had ales and eve teach us some more czech phrases. they have che tshirts and hats now.
joie wanted to try the che hat on, and she was trying to put it on her head and was apparently doing it wrong, so ales comes from behind the bar and demonstrates on my head how it is to be worn. can anyone say pirate? you guys would DIE if you saw this hat.
for reals. go che's go. we will get some pics of us in the hats, and post them for you. or will try anyways.
in other news, i went to play "table football" with mikal and other petr and other petrs gf mischa. it was really really fun. i will be a table football rockstar in no time. (yeah right).
also in other news, hott petr (manya) is still in thailand and i'm sure he's having fun. he smsed other petr the other day and other petr was trying to translated the thailand happenings, and told me petr(manya) was going to a "swimming market". wtf is that?! the funniest thing was, he was searching for the word, grabbed the dictionary, and looks all triumphant as he says "Swimming market!" Ah ahhaha. communication breakdowns rock. i nearly made a czech girl cry due to a communication breakdown. man.
this weekend my roomie and i are going to the sportsmans ball which is apparently "the" party to be at. her student said its hard to get tickets but he has some kinda connection so he is taking us. woot. i'm feeling like this entry is getting really random. so i think i'll end it.
i'm going to try to call some of you this week. oh oh one more thing, ppl here say AHOY! how fuckign hilarious is that?! ah hahaha. ahoy, matey. i prefer ciao. which they also say for hello and goodbye and cheers, etc. blah.
