I'm not exactly very good at these things, but... thank you to everyone who helped get me out of there. Really. I owe you one, and if you ever need anything... yeah. Right. Anyway.
As far as information goes, I can't remember much that would be helpful, as I was unconscious for all but a few minutes, before I was drugged and shoved into one of those machines. They work together, almost flawlessly, really big on cooperation. And there were more of that subspecies - but I only saw them for a second, they were kept in a separate area. Given that the Steward which was kidnapped shifted into one of them when it was taken Underground, I'd hazard a guess it's some kind of more-evolved form? But alien biology isn't my forte. They also have a hell of a lot of technology in those ships, the machines aside, and I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up using some of it on us in the future.
