...Great. This is just what I needed. Fantastic way to end a week, honestly.

Figured I'd have to see them again eventually. Least I know for sure what they think of me now. But this is just a curse. It's clearly not real. Dad's a lot more up himself in real life. And Mum...Still, it's giving me a headache. Are these things going to be ( Read more... )

Your parents? I'm sorry, Kitty--they can't be that easy to deal with...

It looks like it's a curse for the full day. The deities've been growing more creative lately. It's another I don't remember occurring before...

Oh, they're very easy to deal with. I just ignore them, and occasionally throw something at them. Brilliant stress relief.

...Let's just hope this doesn't end up being one of those that drags on for more than one day. I suppose even the deities get bored after a while, don't they? And curse after monotonous curse can't be doing wonders for their patience.

Sounds brilliant. I don't mind this one so much as I would have thought I might, myself.

Curses don't do wonders for anyone's patience, I don't think.

Who are you seeing?

Do you think one of these days the deities will have a nervous breakdown?

My brother.

I'd pay good money to watch that happen.

O-Oh. At least... at least you get to see him again? Say goodbye properly?

Wonder if we'd get to put them in straightjackets.

Say goodbye properly, tell him what happened to the people who killed him, pretend I'm eight again for little while. It's just--difficult, seeing him and knowing that he should be grown up now, have a family and a job...but it's good to see his face again even with the scars from the virus. I don't have any pictures of my family anymore.

...I'm sorry--I'm rambling.

Don't forget cells with padded walls and their very own Nurse Ratched.

...He can be proud of you, Evey. And your last memory of him doesn't have to be of him dead back home.

It's understandable. Don't worry about it.

Oooh, and force medication down their throats!

...Yes. I wish I could touch him. You're right, Kitty...I'll have to use today as best I can.

Of course. Nasty tasting medication, at that.

Maybe some day there'll be a curse that can let you do that.

Is there any other kind?

Right now, I don't even want to think about another curse dragging him here...

Not that I've experienced, though I'm sure it exists somewhere.
