Well they turned out alright
I forgot to say on friday that there was this new guy coming in to "volunteer" i guess. He is a pediatric neuro-phsychologist 4 days a week and his hobby and passion is pastry. Even though it was his second day being at Micheal, Chef made me do the gougere with him and they turned out ok.. I didnt think they were as perfect as they could be but thats just me... But i didnt get fired in either case.
Sunday was really really slow. We had a total of like 25 people all night. Regardless, I still didnt get alot of prep done. I'm off today but I have a feeling the day just wont be long enough.
