You can scream all you want...

Yesterday, battling the fourth day of less than 6 hours sleep, I went to Fujikyu Higland, which features a couple of record breaking rollercoasters.  The first ride we went on was Fujiyama, which was the highest rollercoaster with the longest drop back in 1996.  It took so long to hit the bottom of the first drop that I actually ran out of scream.

Here, you can see what I'm talking about:

Alas, what with the weather being rubbish, we barely saw a peep of Mount Fuji all day, though when I did see it's snowy, sun-kissed heights it was pretty spectacular.

However, we were lucky enough that the weather cleared up enough for Eeijanaika to start running again.  This is a "4th Dimension" rollercoaster which spins the seats, as well as the tracks, and it's the best rollercoaster I've been on in my life.  I was bloody terrified, especially going up the tracks backwards.  Here, watch this:

Later, I went round a "deserted hospital" and got chased by flesh-eating zombie-ghost-type-things (they were a little hazy on just what these things were) with a fellow horror-buff and we screamed ourselves silly running down dimly-lit corridors being chased by the growling, sprinting dead.  It was pretty cool, and I was secretly hoping for a Winchester to turn up...

Anyway, gotta go to bellydance.

More later.
