Oh, tell me about it. As my debut, I wrote this one 86k word fic in 2 months. It's probably still the most popular thing I ever wrote, but it was fairly intense. And then after a bit, I began this other fic where I did other stuff on the side (other fics but I also became pregnant and even gave birth without more than a few days' delay in updating... NUTS, I TELL YOU) and yet it took me 2 years to finish my 103 chapter 200k word long fic. My own favourite I think, because I became SO INVESTED.

And I promised a sequel to that first fic and I keep telling people I still want to do it but by now that's 3 years ago and I can tell some of them don't believe me but I MEAN TO DO IT and I DO WANT TO DO IT, but I just gotta finish this other stuff first!

Doesn't help that I take soooo many detours. For instance, I'd signed up for a challenge thingie, so I had to put this fic on hold to, you know, write that 50k fic. Why 50k and not 5k? That's anyone's guess. And right now, I'm typing on my advent fic, which has to fit into one post, so I suppose I know I have to limit it to less than 10k words, but...

Verbose AND scatterbrained. That's me. I gotta stop with the random bunnies, fests, exchanges, and other fun distractions.
