* 7. Please describe an experience where you effectively used your interpersonal communication skills to resolve a problem. Describe in detail the situation, your involvement in resolving the issue, and the outcome.

Answer:

I tend to ignore problems and hope that they go away, and most of the time they do.  In the event that the situation becomes unbearable, I use my interpersonal communication skills to tell my boss that I do not think the problem starter is going to work out with the group.  Because I am strong in the art of manipulation, and know exactly how to turn people against each other, this normally will result in the termination of the employee.

Problem solved, at least for me.
