see, unless these journals are written TO HER, which they're not, she's actually violating your freedom of speech. if you get harmful enough, maybe she can slap you with slander or libel or whatnot, but really, it's a journal, your private thoughts that happen to be going out into the world of cyberspace; not emails or posts directed specifically at her... aka: they are not her personal possessions. people who try to take things that aren't their own and MAKE them their own, especially for legally pursuits to make themselves feel better, SUCK.

Well if you need to write to get things off your chest you might want to try a traditional journal for the time being..Or you can even write your thoughts down then delete them or burn them or something, just to get the feelings and such out there and out of you, I find that helpful sometimes. I don't get people hurting others to make themselves feel better either..Personally I'd rather help people then hurt them. You're both hurting right now and obviously dealing with it in two different ways. Hang in there the best you can, there will be better times ahead, just have to muddle through this mess. And don't forget we are all here for you!!!

second of all.. really, in this particular set-up of a journal, you're not even really throwing your thoughts to cyberspace, though the access is there to all, you're really throwing your thoughts out to the select friends you know read your journal. SO, really, regardless of the internet aspect, she's actually butting-in to your conversations with your friends.
