Being a busy Bee....
I'm off and going strong! So much work to do for school it's almost incredible. But I wouldn't have it any other way. It's still early in the game, but for the most part I am keeping up with everything pretty much. All my professors seem cool enough to deal with, and from talking with my sister I got really lucky. Apparently she has some really hard professors. Mine don't seem hard, just there's a lot of work to be done for each class. I'm working today 4:30 to 9:30. Yay Sundays at Shoprite...they are all a little crazy.
Last night was interesting to say the least. My friend Brian and I have been making plans forever to hang out together, and last night we finally did. Only now he isn't just a friend. We were talking about all the little things that bother us about the opposite sex and just normal every day stuff. We even talked about him and I getting together one day. Last night it finally happened. We were watching the game on the TV, Mets vs. Phillies and just laughing and stuff and all of a sudden he got real serious and told me that he's liked me for a while and always thought I was beautiful. He asked me to be his girlfriend. I was shocked and stunned, and for once, speechless. I was hesitant at first, because I didn't think I was ready for a relationship with someone new yet...but then I realized that it had been months since Eric and I broke up. After all, he said good bye to me...he didn't want me in his life as much as I wanted to be in his. So at the end of the night, we had our first kiss and I told him that I would love to be his girlfriend. He left and I went to sleep to dream of him...
