(no subject)
Today was pretty much a day of mostly nothing. I got up, got dressed and stuff and ran errands. I went to the bank to cash a check that I got from my boss for my graduation present. I got $150 from him! And then I also got another $50 from a co-worker. I'm going to NYC tomorrow and I'm taking that money with me. It's going to be a good time. I'm going with my great friend Erin around noonish, and then we are going to have lunch in Somerville and then we will be getting on a train to go to NYC.
I went to work today, same old stuff...la dee da...I'm doing really well there, there's talk of a promotion and a raise. :o) I'm happier than I've ever been lately, and it feels really good. I'm on my own, no worries, nothing tying me down. There are things I miss...people, memories, and day to day stuff. But I'm single, and I am the most important thing in my life for change. I'm no longer dependent on others to make me feel good. That's the way I should have been a long time ago.
