(no subject)
Sorry I haven't updated in sooooo long kiddos. I've been ridiculously busy. I work like EVERY day. But it's good... $ is needed. I thought I had to work today, but for once I have a day off. Haha, I showed up at Sweet Mike's... and Michelle was there, and Andy called saying he'd be late. And I was like "hmm..." So I went and looked at the calender.. and saw that I didn't work. And I was like "I should probably check that calender thing in the future instead of just assuming. Oh well! Now I am happily at Tosha's. And we're gonna go shopping:)... I have LOTS of gift certificates. Very good, cuz I had already decided if I got money or checks they had to go to the bank account to pay off this upcoming credit card bill, a new computer, and Nick. I got one check, so that'll go in the bank account... and this Friday I'll get a check... and in two weeks, a gigantic one. So that'll be good.. cuz I got a lot of things to take care off. It'll all work out though.
Let's see.... I worked Christmas Eve and day, and the day after. Soooo I missed the meal on Christmas Day. That was sad.. but I still got to come back on time to see Craig and Will. That 'tis good. I see Craig all the time anyways, but I love him.... and I never see Will. I missed Uncle Jeff and Michelle and her hubby (my sister's teacher= Michelle).
Than yesterday, I snuck out of work.. well, they said I could leave, cuz I work with really nice people. So I went to work for like an hour, than left for about six.. than went back for another six. I got to see everyone though.. it was nice. I got to meet Jill's new boy.... he kind of reminds me of Justin, which probably isn't a good thing. He doesn't really look like him or anything.. well, maybe he has his smirk. I'm not sure. But he seemed like kind of a jerk... and stupid. I hope he treats Jill well though.. it might have been typical boy-jerkiness. As long as she's happy though, I like him. Plus, he plays hockey----- that definitly gives him some bonus points.
Now.. unto the presents. From mommy and daddy I got a bed heater thingy, a DVD player, cute socks, and new tires on the van. From brother I got The Killers CD, and a Rilo Kiley CD. Very kewl. Oh... before all this, on the 23rd, I went to a work party. Mike and Jeanie got everyone a GIGANTIC candy bar (like the one's that are 20 or 30 bucks!) and a 25 dollar gift certificate to Mervyn's. Very generous of them if I do say so myself... I was suprised. But greatful:). From Kaitlyn (a lovely co-worker) I got a twenty dollar gift certificate to Bath & Body Works and a REALLY good smelling candle. It made me happy. And Brandy gave all the girls a cute card and a yummy smelling chapstick.. the boys got something that wasn't chapstick obviously. And I got to see other Brandy!!! That made me really happy, and alas, I was overly giddy. I was all over the place. Brandy and I did a counter dance for everyone. And I got a piggy back ride from Josh.. Andy tried to jump on my back, and he succeeded in the jumping part, but not the staying part... and I got scooshed. But anyways, it was a super fun night.. and I need to hang out with my Brandy more often, for she makes me happy:). We both laughed so hard our stomachs hurt, and neither of us had laughed so hard in a long time.. but you should laugh that hard like daily, or atleast once a week. I got to see Sarah too, which also made me happy, because I haven't seen her in a while.

After the immediate family Christmas presents... come the other family presents. This is daddy's family= I got a 40 dollar gift certificate to the mall from my aunt.. very kewl. And a 25 dollar to best buy from my uncle. Also very kewl..
Umm.. than yesterday mommies family came. I got two DVD's from grandma and grandpa. First of all I got The Doors movie.. I haven't seen that in a long time, but I do have a secret obsession with The Doors. I also got Moulin Rouge.. only not what you're thinking. Somehow, my grandma managed to get me the ORIGINAL Moulin Rouge. I'm actually rather excited to see it. Shall be interested. Marian says there's a secret Senior Citizens Black Market.. and that's how she found it. I also got a 50 dollar check from them... kewl, and my 100 dollar savings bond (I get one every year for Christmas, it shall pay for my un-MET payed portion of college). From Aunt Peggy and Uncle Dave I got two CD's= Jimmy Eat World (Futures) and Fiona Apple (I can't remember what it's called right now.. and I'm too lazy to go look, but the one with Paper Bag, it= awesomeness). And from my Aunt Laurel I got a 25 dollar gift certificate to Express.
So it has been a good Christmas:).
SO as soon as Tosha and Ashley get their bums in gear, I will go spend these gift certificates.. and than we'll go watch... Moulin Rouge. Hmm... and than get us some good ol' Will and Grace. And somewhere in there I should eat food.. I like that stuff.
