Trying again.

Back on the wagon today.
[The end goal is a dress size 10-ish from the waist down, or under 155 pounds, whichever comes first?]

Breakfast:
2 Eggo (plain) waffles
Slim Fast
1 mug of coffee w/creamer

Lunch:
Chicken-Avocado Salad (with an itty-bitty amount of ranch)

Which leaves me room for a yogurt or two for snackage, though it's not especially satisfying because I can't CHEW [and gum bugs the heck out of me]. Ah well.

I have a hotplate and a teapot with a ready supply of bottled water - if I need flavor, we'll start with water and steeped leaves in the Chrysanthemum(?IIRC) family. Yesh. Antioxidants, ahoy!
