Time trials again today, this time with 50 butterfly. I got a :38.56, which isn't too bad considering I've never done a time trial for fly before. My goggles were sort of fine too - a little water got in them, but at least they stayed on.

In the month of January I swam 32,675 yards/18.52 miles.

I think I'm right on track for my 100 miles :)
