Wow, just wow!!
I watched the hockey game yesterday up until my stomach dropped out of the bottom of my feet when Zack Parise scored with 20 seconds left. After that, I was too stressed to watch. Overtime is not good for me. lol. So, I was futzing around in the front room on the computer when this happened:
Ray: Oh my god.
Me: What?
Ray: Sidney Crosby just scored, off Iginla!
Me: What? We won? Holy S*&$!!! Really? Crosby?
Seems like Crosby was just saving up this whole series for that one goal. Well... good savin' there Sid! LOL But YAY IGGY GOT THE ASSIST!!! :D!!! And to make it better too, Kipper got the bronze for Finland! :D
I'm just putting this here because it's one of those 'where were you' moments. And it was just plain awesome! I'll admit, I cried and jumped up and down and Ray and I were beaming and hugging and wearing our Team Canada Hockey stuffs! It was great. I'm so happy! :D
