"Ahhhhhh! Christmas Socks!"
HeeHee! I say that quote in anticipation for watching 'Merry Christmas Mr. Bean' tonight on the CBC! Well, that and I'm knitting Ray his 'Ray-Van-Claw Socks'... as with everything I've made Ray (so far it's been a huge-ass afghan and a raw Icelandic wool scarf) with Ravenclaw colours, these socks will delight him... I hope. lol I just cast on for the second sock at lunch today and hope to be getting a good chunk of them done tonight so I can focus on my Rivendell socks... picture belowwwwwwww
Rivendell Sock.... so far
I am actually on the foot portion for the Rivendell sock but, that's the most recent piccie. I want a pair dammit! But that means I'll have to cast on for the other one. *headdesk*
In other news, my frickin jaw still hurts. I had been tense on Sunday and I think I was clenching my jaw all day. I looked up the symptoms on the net and it matches up perfectly to either slipping the disc between the jaw joints, or just plain bruxing too much on the one side. *sigh* I'm trying to stay warm and healthy cause I don't want Bronchitis for Christmas either.
AND!!! Ray and I are going to Kitchener for New Years!!! We have some friends in a band called Spirits... I think I've mentioned them about a billion times too - and they're playing the New Year's bash at City Hall so YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! I actually had a dream about going to see them play last night, lol, that's how much I'm looking forward to this!
So, wish me luck that I don't get sick, that this jaw pain just goes away, and that I can finish lotsa socks before new years so I don't freeze my arse off! :D
