call child protective services. They should be able to tell you. As far as what she's doing, what kind of visitation rights do they have worked out? I know that she cannot just move without telling anyone where. But get the state to make it quite clear. hope this helps, call me if you have any more issues. bye!

i mean even if they are seperated and stuff and shes had the kid for i think about 6 months or something does that mean she has superior custody or something

I think actual paperwork is required to have sole custody.
