Despite being sick.. my body wont let me diet...so I gotta be craftier about it. I tried yesterday to eat just enough to satisfy me without feeling content and FULL. Well that was a bust. Salad just doesn't cut it sometimes xD Even if i put a ton of crutons in it.
Gonna have three meals a day 300 or less calories... with 2 snacks in btwn AND 1-2 calorie drinks (gatorade).
Today I got subway. Did the math on my sammich ;3 I get the Turkey sandwhich without cheese with sweet onion sauce. I get a foot long and eat quarters at a time (usually... sometimes 6 inches)... 722 calories in the whole foot long. that's just under 200 calories for a quarter of a sandwhich that isn't bland and gross :P (no condiment :P)
My stomach is weird though. Last night I ate a good calorie filled dinner (lots of pasta) and I was just still hungry. Like hunger PAINS 30 minutes later o_o. I ended up eating a tv dinner, two snacks and a salad to semi subdue it...and by bed time (an hour or two later) I was back to hunger pains. :/ WEIIIIRDDD So at night my dinners will be bigger. Bigger salad, extra crutons, a quarter of this sammich :3 a little desert and i'll try to drink a whole container of gatorade. =_= yeah... it's alot, but i'd rather fill up on healthier things then what i did last night. UGH. I felt gross.
I guess my body needs it though. I'm not gaining weight... :3 I just want to lose some.
