I scream my lungs out
I scream my heart out
But you never hear me
I try to make you listen
But it never turns out
The way it was supposed to
I don't want your sympathy
So stop feeling sorry for me
Crying out my feelings
Just so you don't hate
What you say
I always think is true
I swallow my feelings
To overcome the temptation
Of cutting,
Or anything else
That tears you apart
