(no subject)
so, this is going to be a long one, sorry if you actually read these things. The past week and a half has been really crazy. I haven't had a day off since 4th of july (no weekends) and i don't think i will have a weekend again till the weekend after next when i will be in vermont. I've made a couple of new friends and become pretty close with a couple people. i hope everyone's 4th of july went well. mine was pretty sober and uneventful other than the huge fireworks jed brian josh and i discovered in jed's basement....when i say huge i mean the ones on tv. one of them was labled as having 7 double somthing or others and 14 different colors, the other one was smaller and was just one of the really really big ones that lights up the whole sky. of course we had to set them off. we have video footage. it was fun, and involved a lot of running cause we were scared of being blown up....peter aparently got the fireworks for free from and old hippie.
The 5 days before 4th of july were spent with 4th of july festivity...meaning our diet consisted strictly of meat and booze, lots of late nights and fun. sunday was awesome. It started out w/ twombly waking us up to go to bits house to get the drum set and kegs for carr's pool party. we loaded the drums into the back and decided it would be a nice addition to put brian in the back on a stool and tie him in so he could play as we rode. when we got to carr's house at noon. the drinking began, there were only 10 of us and i was the only girl..... i complained about that and got the response "it's not that i don't respect you, but not many respectable women start drinking at noon". twombly (just to give you an idea of what kind of person he is, he kinda reminds me of a cross between chris and mikey....)and i blew up the slip n slide and proceeded to make obstical courses out of it. i have lots and lots of bruises and a huge gouge on my butt to show for it. the biggest jump was when we put it on a ramp up a lawn chair into the pool.
so yeah, i've had some good times....not doing anything crazy for awhile (at least till weekend after next...i have to work a lot anyway), i need a break after our 5 day binge.
as usual i hope everything is good...i'll see you guys in like 2 and a half to 3 weeks depending on how long my detour to ny will be.
