it's 3 hours away from the time i start PT but it looks like it may be rained out. That is not that bad, i just found the 2nd pool and gym they have at my apartment complex. Last week i started a no carb, no sugar diet. this is only for two weeks, after the two weeks i will start adding Health carbs and natural sugar to my list of health foods. I have stayed away from soda and been drinking a lot more water.
I will using this as my weight-loss/fitness tracker so i can see the progress and see where i need to work on next. If anyone wants to give me a few tips, i would appreciate it.
I am still working fulltime and taking classes, not much else is new.
