1) I so agree that Cas is keeping some Angel-mojo. There are too many minor things - like his knowing about Adam hooking up with Mike - that can be explained no other way. 2)I think Crowley gave Bobby back his legs as a 'leg in' so to speak. When Bobby gets his soul back, he's gonna be back in the chair again. 3) Don't count Croatoan as out of the plot line. Yeh - there was a fast acting batch - but I note that Sam & Bobby didn't exactly run a health check on the people they were helping to escape. I'm not putting any cash down that none of them were infected by the 'slow' version. 4) This whole thing is Kripke & Company setting up a cliffhanger. I expect the season to end with Sam jumping IN the cage. Then we have season 6 to see if he gets out again or not.
Actually, given that next season is going to be 'Jossed'? Weldon like ensemble shows. I'm betting this becomes a much larger cast - probably with both Cas and Crowley staying on. Talk about a demon on one shoulder and an angel on the other. Maybe even with Sam as the big bad. (I think Bobby is toast.)
