Canada Post hates me.
I FINALLY sent out those parcels last week. I sent one to nekki (Japan), muska (UK), katsuren (US), mekania (US), and kristinchaos (Canada). It cost me nearly 50$. Fuck you, Canada Post. I am totally NEVER sending big parcels again. Everyone is going to get one like Kristin from now on (which was regular postage... compared to the 14$ each for the international ones). I seriously hate Canada Post. It's reasonably priced for a letter, but if you add 30 grams its 8000% increase for every gram or something...
I FINALLY moved out from Burnaby and stayed with a coworker and friend for a few days. Now I'm chilling in Qualicum until moving down to Victoria on Monday. I sure move around a lot. But moving is good because you get rid of old stuff and guilt your parents into buying you new stuff. Like my new BETA named Squid. He's super spiffy. I will photo Squid later for you all to see.
I also finally gave up on my old scrapbook... it was falling apart and stuff. Now I have a brand new one which I've been slaving over. This morning I got a 25$ scrapbook at a garage sale for 2$. I also got some unopened Lancome stuff (eye makeup removed, face cleanser, etc) for cheap and this gorgeous OPI nailpolish. Thank god I love being thrifty, because I have such expensive taste ;_;
