Furious, Jaejoong stormed up the road. He was angry at Junsu, angry at Yoochun and angry at Yunho. But most of all, he was angry at himself. He couldn’t understand how he had allowed Yunho to get so close! Three years ago, when Yunho had left, he’d promised himself to forget about that jerk, and Junsu had helped him. So that was why he was now on his way to visit said cousin, and demand an explanation to why Yunho had been forced into his life once again.

In his eyes, this whole chapter had started at that bloody dinner at his cousins. Junsu had promised a quiet evening with him and Yoochun, who Jaejoong got along well with, but instead it had been one of the most miserable nights of his life. Why had Yunho acted like he didn’t know Jaejoong, why he had been perfectly polite and friendly, when three years before he had disappeared from the face of the planet without so much as a word to Jaejoong.

He reached the doorbell at his cousins house, and Yoochun opened the door, looking flustered.

“Jaejoong! What brings you here this Saturday?”
“I came to see Junsu.” Jaejoong replied flatly, but seeing Yoochun’s slightly hurt face he added quickly “ and you, Yoochun. I love seeing you.”
“Ok, I’ll get Junsu for you. JUNSU!!” Jaejoong flinched as Yoochun suddenly yelled up the stairs right next to his ear, and when Yoochun turned back to Jaejoong, smiling slightly. “He’ll down in a second, Jae. He had an um, rough night.” Before Jaejoong could question the reason for Junsu’s ‘rough night’, his cousin cam running down the stairs, slight bags under his eyes.

“Jaejoong! What’s wrong with you? You look terrible!”
“Speak for yourself.” Jaejoong mumbled, glaring at Junsu, annoyed.
“Huh?”
“Nothing, nothing. However, I’ve got a bone to pick with you.”
“Oh?”
“Last week’s dinner.”
“Oh.” Junsu looked ashamedly to the floor, avoiding Jaejoong’s eyes. “That.”
“Yes, that. What the fuck, Junsu?”
“It wasn’t my fault, Jae... Anyway, why are you asking now? It was a week ago?”
“Because that man is at my apartment, probably eating the pancakes I made him.”
Suddenly Jaejoong was slapped across the face, Junsu fuming, his hand raised to slap him again.
“You slut, you whore! He ruined your life three years ago!” Junsu was yelling at the top of his voice, glaring at Jaejoong. “Do you remember crying in my arms for two whole months before you moved out?” Junsu paused to breath, and Jaejoong took the opportunity to jump in.
“No Junsu, we haven’t slept together again.” Junsu looked at his confused, and Jaejoong explained the whole situation. Junsu looked surprised, and asked “Why didn’t he defend himself? You two learnt martial arts together.”
“I thought that.” Jaejoong sat down - they had walked into the living room - and leant against the cushions. “What should I do, Susu?”
“I don’t know... Why don’t we ask Yoochun?”
Jaejoong nodded, nonplused, and sat in silence as Junsu fetched Yoochun.

Yunho had to admit, this mysterious boy was an excellent cook. The pancakes had macadamia nuts, and were quite thick, but not overly rich. If only Yunho’s last girlfriend who could cook like this, he probably wouldn’t have imagined her brother...

But Yunho was still puzzled by this boy - the first time they’d met, he had almost been crying, then he stormed out. The second time he’d shown great skills in self defense, and taken him home, showing great kindness towards a stranger. However, this morning, he’d been almost pleasant, and they had almost, well, and then the bloody dog had barked. Jaejoong had left so hurriedly, he’d even forgotten the poor creature, and Yunho had taken her for a quick wizz downstairs.

After eating, Yunho washed up, and sat down on the sofa. He had no idea where - was his name Jaejoong? Yunho just couldn’t seem to remember that - had gone, and he couldn’t leave without locking the door. He didn’t know what kind of neighborhood this was. It certainly wasn’t as nice as his.

He must off dozed off, because he awoke to the sound of Jaejoong coming home.
“Oh, you’re still here, are you?”
“Yeah, I didn’t want to leave your house unlocked.”
“Right. Thanks, I guess.”
“I’ll be off then. And thank you. Thank you very much. Not many people would do what you did, and to then look after me and feed me! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to repay you.”
“Don’t worry about, I’m sure you’d’ve done the same. Listen, do you want to stay?”
Yunho raised an eyebrow, and Jaejoong mentally kicked himself. He should be more subtle.
“Yeah, I mean, we’re both friends with Junsu and Yoochun, so we might well get a long. How do you know my cousin and Yoochun, by the way?”
“I’m Mr Park - I mean Yoochun’s divorce lawyer. I work at Jung&Choi, the large firm.”
“Ahh, your father always did want you to follow in his footsteps.” Jaejoong muttered, more to himself then Yunho.
“Excuse me?” Yunho frowned at Jaejoong, wondering what he had meant.
“Well, most fathers who are lawyers, they want their sons to be the same.” Jaejoong tried to sound convincing in his lie, but Yunho seemed to but it.
“Yes, they do.” Yunho seemed to smile to himself, and Jaejoong was caught between wanting to know why he was smiling, and wanting to punch the cocky thing off his face forever. He could if he wanted too as well.
“So, how did you become a lawyer?”
“I went to law school...”
“Oh. Have you had many girlfriends?” Yunho tensed up immediately, and stiffly answered yes, then made his excuses and left swiftly.

Jaejoong stared at Yunho’s retreating back, wondering what the hell he had said. Shrugging, Jaejoong decided to put the next part of his plan into action.

While talking with Junsu and Yoochun, Jaejoong thought that the Yunho he had known so long ago and the Yunho now was not the same person. Figured that something had to be the reason for this change and Jaejoong, and Junsu to a certain extent, had a determination to find out the cause.

Walking smartly down the street, Jaejoong entered the building with the offices of Jung&Choi, taking an elevator to Choi Doongwook’s office. His appointment was at ten. It was now nine fifty eight.

Jaejoong was overwhelmed by the entire firm. Everything reeked of wealth. The armchair was white leather, and obviously expensive, and the secretaries desk had a fancy computer, with a video intercom to Mr Choi’s office and twelve clocks showing different times all around the world. The receptionist herself was more like a china doll then a human. The whole thing made Jaejoong nervous. Yunho worked here, in a world that he could never understand.

“Mr Choi will see you now, sir.” Jaejoong jerked his head up and followed her through. Mr Choi’s office was incredible. Everything was polished and clean, and Choi himself appeared polished too. He was extremely good looking, almost enough to rival Yunho, and was dressed in a smart double breasted black suit, and shook Jaejoong hand warmly.

“Mr Kim, how can I help you?”
“Well, I know this will seem a little strange,” Jaejoong was unsure of whether the plan would work now - this man seemed so business like, he was unlikely to tell Jaejoong anything. “But I wanted to ask you about Mr Jung.”
“Oh, I see.” They both sat down, and Mr Choi leant back, playing with a fountain pen.
“I would to know how long Mr Jung Jr has been working here, please.”
“Oh you would, would you?” Mr Choi’s tone was not as cold as his words, and Jaejoong noticed that the other was staring at him very intensely.

“Yes, that would give me great...pleasure.” Jaejoong put an emphasis on the last word, and watched Mr Choi try to act nonchalant. He hated using his looks like this, but he saw no other way. With any luck, Choi wouldn’t be hard to crack.
“Well, I see no harm in that. He joined about two and a half years ago now. Anything else.”
“Yes, what happened to him before he came here? Apart from law school that is?” Jaejoong giggled, and Choi dropped his pen and stood up, walking slowly to sit on the edge of the desk in front of Jaejoong.

“He was in some sort of an accident. Lost some of his memories or something.” Mr Choi’s tone was uninterested, clearly not so keen of talking about Yunho. However, as soon as he’d said that, Jaejoong jumped up, and ran out of the room, shouting a loud “Thank you!” as he ran to the elevator.

“Hmmm, baby,”
“Ungh, harder, harder!”
“Oh, oh!”

Jaejoong sat awkwardly on the sofa, trying not to listen to his cousin come, but Junsu was so damn loud. He and Junsu had been talking about Yunho when Yoochun came home, horny, and dragged a willing Junsu towards the bedroom. Jaejoong was desperate to leave, but really wanted to talk to the other two.

Eventually Yoochun came out and almost screamed when he saw Jaejoong sitting there.
“Jaejoong! What are you doing here?!”
“Um, I was talking to Junsu when you came in. You didn’t seem to notice me.”
“Jaejoong!” Junsu ran out, butt naked, turning bright red.
“My eyes, my beautiful eyes!” Jaejoong covered his face while Junsu ran to get his underwear. Yoochun looked like he wanted to die when suddenly the doorbell rang. All three froze, and Yoochun, still in his boxers, answered the door.
“Hi, Mr Park, It’s me, Yunho. I thought we could discuss your divor-” Yunho’s voice trailed off as he saw the picture in front of him: A naked Junsu with a small towel covering his manhood, a shocked and fully clothed Jaejoong, and half naked Yoochun. All three were bright red.
