Things in life are going really well right now. Work is great (aside from a number of people being assholes to me because I've been promoted), I'm working out some knots in the most valuable friendships I have, & have a date Friday night with a dude I could see myself dating. What more could a girl ask for, eh?
The family situation isn't that fabulous, but it's getting better. I pretty much LIVE with my mom now. It's terrible. My brother is so out of line & I'm literally the only one he listens to. She gets so stressed out & aggravated with him, I think he is - no joke - going to give her a heart attack. So I stay here & help her out with him. I feel like I'm regressing in my life, but at the same time, our family is becoming a lot closer. And that's something we haven't had since we were 12. I can't deny that I enjoy it!
