Another one that's part of my Mad for Tea mini collection :)
I just HAD to make a dress out of this fabric when I saw it, I know it's as far from my usual steampunk as possible, but I just could NOT resist, the fabric is just too awesome :D
The ribbon I used, I bought it on etsy :)
And then the umbrella I used as an outfit accessory, it's by Lollipops Paris (you'll have to google for that yourself :P)
