Alot of talk about elections lately having to do with the Presidency. At the risk of sounding preachy:
You probably already know who that special someone is that will be getting your vote(or at least NOT getting your vote) for the high office. Take a moment before you go to look at what/who else is on the ballot. Those city council people/state senate/ballot measures are going to bare a significant bearing on your daily life. Probably more so than whomever makes it into 1600 PA Ave...
OH! and NPR has this thing to investigate polling stations across the country: If you experience problems when voting, send a text message to 66937 (or send a message to Twitter if you have an account) starting with #votereport and include your zip code & description of the problem. NPR is monitoring Twitter for the tag #votereport so they can investigate trends.
