Trailer for W.E.
Madonna's second go at directing a feature length film, "W.E.", won't see its U.S. release until 2012, but the trailer for the semi-historical romantic drama has just been released. Starring James D'Arcy and Andrea Riseborough as King Edward VIII and his lover Wallis Simpson, "W.E." tells the story of when the monarch abdicated his throne in 1936 to marry the twice-divorced American. The kicker, though, is that the love story is seen through the eyes of a modern day New Yorker played by Abbie Cornish.
