I really wish the snow would go away rather than sitting around being lumpy blankets of ice. It makes dog walking hazardous. I already twisted my knee once, which hurt so badly when it happened that I thought I broke something for the first few seconds I was down. Then I realized that didn't make sense, but continued to wait on the ground for a bit o relief.
I've been hanging out alone a lot lately. Hanging out alone is nothing new, but it has been pretty much constant except when I'm working the last couple weeks. It's fine, but I wish I would do something better with the time...most of it is wasted re-watching movies and re-reading books. A little of it is not wasted on taking pictures or mailing things or doing favors for Jason while he's out of town (haw). But I'm going to watch Strange Brew at Schlafly Bottleworks with my brother tonight, so that's something. I will probably eat mac and cheese cuz it's good and I will probably drink beer because it is a siren.
