I don't know if you get the notification when I respond to the original thread, so I'll repeat myself here too, just in case: AwesomeMod allows overstuffed houses, which I was using at the time, though I now prefer Master Controller + Portrait Panel for that use. If you feel like going totally insane, I can recommend those, haha.
Oh, I had AwesomeMod at that point, though I only used it for the overstuffed houses. Now I use Twallan's MasterController + Portrait Panel for that. It wasn't my best idea ever, though it did keep things interesting!
Haha, I know! The house was pretty crazy there, ngl. But you're right, if I have to have so many of them, at least it's not a failboat of genetics! And I do love Sim genetics, so at least I have that going for me, heh.
Be warned, it does not limit it to ten sims, so your sims can still get pregnant at any time! (As I have clearly discovered.) Also, I was running into weird lags and stuff, and I think AwesomeMod may have been the cause as it stopped when I took that out, so be wary of that. Of course, it probably didn't help that I really needed to clean out my CC so it was probably more due to a conflict than AM. Regardless, I really like Twallan's mod, so I'd recommend them (they're either under Twallan or NRaas Industries).
And thank you very much! I'm honored that you're enjoying my ridiculous Sims so much. xD Thank you!
Yeah, I'd been having lots of little problems, and while taking out AM didn't solve everything, it was enough that I realized it wasn't compatible with my game. But that's okay, because I was already using a bunch of Twallan mods, so I'm just sticking with that. Straight from Twallan, what you would need are:
The non-core approach requires the use of several mods:
1) MasterController's "Add Sim" allows for the merging of houses 2) Woohooer is required to unlock the "Try For Baby" in overstuffed houses 3) PortraitPanel displays the additional portraits
So you need those three mods from him, none of which are core mods but all of which can do other things with your game. Now, I like what they do with my game (yes, even the autonomous risky woohoo that resulted in my most recent triplets), but it's just something to keep in mind. I don't know if you want to go that route, but it's definitely an option, and I like it for my game. Then again, my game is kinda insane, heh.
8 kids. 2 adults. 10 people in one house? Wow! You must have some sort of mod! XD Archer is the cutest toddler ever! I love her! :D Daisy is evil... Pure evil. Glory's name describes her perfectly! :)
That I do - I believe I was using AwesomeMod at that point, though I now use pretty much only Twallan mods so Master Controller + Portrait Panel + The Woohooer, I believe.
Oh, I had high hopes for Archer as a toddler. It's funny, she has now grown into the same facial mold as Daisy, but she looked much cuter as a toddler! Must be the evil in Daisy biasing me, lol.
And Glory is, well, glorious! Excuse the pun. She did grow into her name quite well, didn't she? If only Daisy could grow into a delicate little flower . . . *sigh*

Either way, am really enjoying this legacy. And I now am very curious what happens next time. :)
