First of all, I want to thank my best friend Anee for writing such a sweet entry for me. I'm so grateful to have her as my friend.
Last night was the David Bowie concert. BEST SHOW EVER!!!
That guy is amazing! My life is now complete! I can die happy today! (I don't want to but if I did die I would be happy) Even though he is like 55, 56? he puts on an amazing performance.
I'm so glad he played lots of his old hits. He opened with Rebel Rebel. He also played All the Young Dudes, Ashes to Ashes, Life on Mars, China Girl, Under Pressure, and Fame. He then closed with I'm Afraid of Americans, and Heroes. The encore was awesome. You know how most of the time when people walk off stage the audience claps and cheers really loud for a couple of seconds then it dies down then picks up again after the come back on. Well when Bowie walked off everyone was cheering as loud as they could the whole time he was off stage! He then played Hang on to your self, Five Years, Ziggy Stardust, and Suffragette City.
