Why is it that every year, I end up wrapping all the christmas presents? WHY? I even wrapped the presents that were to me from my family members. Every single present that is not from a extended family member, I wrapped. EVERY ONE! I wrapped 80+ christmas presents this year. Damn. What a colossal waste of time. Not only did I wrap all the christmas presents, I BOUGHT all the christmas presents. Not with my own money of course, but I went shopping for 80+ presents. My own presents included. That means I spent 20+ hours doing the internet thing, doing the mall thing, and going up and down all the shops of down town ft. lauderdale getting a bunch of presents for a bunch of people I dont know. Yup..... I can smell the christmas spirit. Aside from the obvious commercialism of Christmas, I put up the christmas tree, and decorated it. I put up the lights on the house. I put all the garlin and glass crystal balls all over the house. I cleaned up the broken christmas balls that were scattered about the house by our three pets. I have every intention of cooking christmas dinner, and every intention of cleaning up all the
wrapping paper strewn on the floor, from the presents I wrapped. All of this to keep the family tradition of all my family members coming together to get really shit faced and end up passed out on the couch, in which afterwards I will bring them all pillows and blankets and put them to sleep.
