Cravings
The shiny red lights and pretty packaging of the pork chops in the supermarket almost had me but I won free! It was close. I walked away with a couple in a pack but managed to return them to the display.
Pasta and pine nuts and cheese tonight. Maybe mushroom. Tomorrow is pork belly. A lovely thick slab of pork belly. Possibly crackling, depending on how well I crackle it. Not sure yet what will go with the pork but the meal will be focused on the lovely meatness of the pork. I'm not sacrificing that for pork chops tonight.
Next up will be atlantic salmon. Thursday is fish market day.
