so chili cheese dip it is, mainly because I've never made it before or even tasted it, I like that in a recipe.

oh and I had so much vodka for my vanilla vodka that i also make a Kalua like beverage (espresso, vodka, sugar, and vanilla bean) that should be super yummy too!
