Good Morning everyone.
The sun is out shining again...and it's such a good feeling. My blinds in my office are open and I can feel the warm sun on my back as I type.
Anyways......
I got home from work yesterday, changed quickly and drove to the gym. The hour flew by as I watched a South Park episode and JM has a TV show on my ipod. I came home to have my dad arrive a few minutes later to finish up my shower...only thing, he forgot some tools that he needed. So instead he just hung out and we made popcorn, drank beer and watched American Idol. (my dad loves that show) It was kind of cool hanging out with dad....at my house. He loves my cats...and chases them all around the apartment trying to pick them up...but they hate him and always run away...ahahaha, it's too funny.
Tonight I am going to a fundraiser. The Richmond Multicultural Concerns Society 17th Annual Fundraising Extravaganza. My MLA Olga Ilich was invited and not able to attend - so a few tickets were purchased and given to the Executive Council. (that's me) So....I ended up with a ticket. I have no idea what to expect....dinner should be good....prizes are always a huge plus. Perhaps I'll find a cute single boy to buy me a cocktail. OMG - and I have no idea what I'm going to wear!!!!! I'm going shopping at lunch time today.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....I could go to this - tickets $69.00
it's somthin' to think about.
