SO GUYS
THAT ENTRY YESTERDAY/THISMORNINGCAUSEITWASMIDNIGHTISH?
FORGET IT.
BECAUSE TODAY WAS AN AWESOME DAY.
BECAUSE
IT
WAS
SUNNY.
(I live in Seattle. This is, like, a really big deal guys.)
SO even after waking up at like 6 am because my sister's cat wanted to sleep on my face (alway my face why) I got up in a great mood! It was chilly but not rainy at all on the way back to Seattle. I listened to some Christopher Tin on the way there and ohmaaan listening to Calling All Dawns altogether as one big piece is the most amazing thing ever and YOU GUYS SHOULD ALL DO IT.
AND THEN CLASS okay my first class was a snoozefest and I forgot to do my homework for my second class BUT AFTER! I made new friends. ;w; Madison is a girl I met waaay earlier this year through a club, but her schedule made her have to stop coming. Janna was in my lecture last quarter and we're both kind of standoffish/standoutish in terms of fashion and where we sit in lecture halls, so we never really talked until THIS QUARTER when all three of us sat at the same table. We're all cosplay nerds and going to Sakuracon and we click so well and ahhhh. We haven't even known each other that long but we're already all like BESTEST FRIENDS FOREVER (sharing a common nerdy interest does that to you). Plus, now I don't have to feel all anti-social going back to my dorm between classes; we all have a time gap between classes after section, so we've been getting lunch together everyday.
WHICH IS ANOTHER GOOD THING BECAUSE
GUYS.
NORTH CAMPUS FOOD TASTES LIKE HEAVEN IN A BOWL COVERED IN CHEESE.
And I live too far down on South campus to eat it a lot (it's a giant campus on a hill. It takes like 25 minutes to get there on foot!) SO THIS IS AN AWESOME NEW DEVELOPEMENT.
Then I had Post-war Japan class and got to hear some more war history which is pretty cool, ngl. The professor has kind of a droll voice, but he's like a walking encyclopedia about this subject, which is awesome. Theeeen afterwards, I had to kill an hour before a study abroad seminar and I got to walk around the
quad for awhile looking at all the pretty people and pretty flowers because it was SUNNY today. The seminar itself was all just basic YOU ARE LEAVING THE COUNTRY, YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS but none of it seemed very applicable to Japan, since they had to go in-general and cover stuff like people going to the middle of nowhere. Pretty sure I'll be able to buy shampoo where I'm going, you know? : D
BUT IT GOT ME ALL PUMPED FOR GOING.
I STILL HAVE A BILLION JILLION QUADRILLION THINGS TO DO BUT
MAN
I NEED A GIF FOR THIS MOMENT HOLD ON
AWWWWWWW YEAH
I AM TOTES JUST LIKE THAT RIGHT NOW.
Okay, I gotta chill or something. TOO MUCH HAPPY.
For all you lovely people now on my F-List from the Luceti friending meme... uhm... 'sup. : D; I'm not always this crazy, I swear! /blatant lies
ANYWAY.
LET'S END THIS ON A MOE MOMENT.
For those who don't know, I became an auntie this weekend! Little Gabriel Angel Alvarado, 5 pounds 15 ounces, and the most even-tempered little baby boy ever. He doesn't cry at all and he has the cutest little cone head and really dark hair and bright blue eyes that (according to the nurses) should be staying blue and ahhhh I wanna spoil him already. ;A;
LOOK AT THAT FACE he is so cute I wanna squish him. <3 Even though I am still paranoid to hold him because I am paranoid about dropping things. NO DROPPING BABIES.
Okay, that was enough what-the-fuck-Sarah for today. 8D I'm gonna work on my cosplay aaaall day tomorrow afternoon, so hopefully I'll have some progress shots later at night!
