The good news - I'm brushing out the rough edges of the very last scene of my new fic (tho it's still titleless, stupid thing). it's almost 45,000 words long!
The better news - I got the time off for NYC No problemo. I also managed to pick up 5 hrs of OT today to help pad my spending when I get there.
The best news - my ex is proving amazingly reasonable and he's going to drive my kids up to NYC one of the four or five days that I'll be there so that I can spend time with them.
Angie is a huge KPop lover, so I'm actually kind of hoping he'll let them come to the concert. Columbus day is the next day, so they won't have school or anything. Even if they don't and it's Friday or Saturday, it'll still be awesome. ^_^
I'm trying to decide what day I want to fly in (the 5th or 6th) and all that Jazz.
Anyone else going? I know Shi and Hima are. :x I'm so excited.
