House update
So today I got to see the inside of my coveted house. It's in pretty bad shape and I know at least there has to be plumbing work done, but the floors are sound and it's soo big! I really want it. But to any of my people who were interested in renting a room from me, you will have to pay me in hard labor for the first few months.
And I've decided to not go back to school and just get a job or two instead. Anyone got any suggestions in the Statesboro area? No fast food. Period. I'm looking for a relatively good paying job so I can earn money faster than I have to spend it. If I have to, I'll try and work at WalMart at night and another job during the day.
I also need something that will help be qualify for a loan for a house. I have to make an offer on just the house part of the property. But I really don't know, cause I'm new to the house buying arena. So if anyone has any ideas about that, let me know.
