Apparently it's going to be one of those days, you guys. Here, have some distractions! :D?
So many people forget one of the most important rules to surviving a horror movie.
All I know is that this kid's parents are raising her right. (Until, you know, the moment comes to tell her that she doesn't actually have superpowers, isn't adopted, nor is she from another planet. Heartbreaking, really.)
Oh, sure. We're all rooting for the good guys, but what about the poor guy who was just doing his job?
I like to think this is Mary's kid that she gets Steve to babysit while she goes off to be awesome and fight crime using her superpowers (I'm sure she has some), or maybe Steve and Danny just find a kid somewhere, or hey, who and I to judge?> Maybe mpreg happens. (It happens more frequently than you'd think.) All I know is that I want Steve dressing a small child up as a shark because he can while Danny is just, "Oh, God, why."
Have I ever mentioned the love I have for that AU in which John Watson is a mystery novelist who adopts/is adopted by a stray cat he stumbles upon one day? A particularly bizarre cat with unnusual habits, even for a cat. John naturally names the cat Sherlock and writes a successful series of mysteries filled with characters based on the people in his life. Like his neighbor Molly who has several cats, one of which is named Jim that Sherlock absolutely cannot stand, and just. Yes. *hands*
