(no subject)
RL and Death Plague (it's like my year for Death Plague, I swear) has been super lame and keeping me from my beloved internets (and the fantabulous people who live in it). Will get around to answering comments and other exciting things in the next few days (for reals), but until then, there is this:
It's like the end of a ~beautiful movie where Steve is either about to leave on/coming back from a mission, or is in SEAL school (I'm tired, words haven't been working for me all that well lately). Maybe Steve is teaching SEAL school or who knows what, and has that Moment where he realizes that, oh, God, he really is in love with Danny and must rush off to make his dramatic declaration of love - or he will lose him forever! :O - ...even though he's still wearing his ghillie suit or, like, the SEAL equivalent, whatever.
And when Danny sees him he is just, "What the - Are you out of your mind? I told you last night I had to go into work early this morning. I even left a note. How did you not see it? I taped it to your face!"
Steve is like. "But it said you were leaving!" and then it is revealed that Steve fails spectacularly at deciphering Danny's handwriting, and also that maybe Danny should just text him instead or something, goofy thumbs notwithstanding.
Also.
Small children thinking Steve is Chewbacca's cousin while their parents do that staring without trying to look like they're staring thing and give Steve and Danny a wide berth. (I don't know many small children who know who Swamp Thing is, so you know, Chewbacca. *hands*)
(Naturally, this song would be playing in the background the whole time.)
