I kind of die imagining it playing out because ahaha, Present Gerard slowly starts to remember that right, there was a reason he lived in the basement all those years.

Basement Era Gerard is totally thrilled! He has all these questions! His future self must know what happens in such and such a storyline, right? That probably won't mess with the Space-time continuum too much, right?

this whole thing cracks me up whenever I think about it. Present Gerard is all, "Meeting a different version of yourself = sexytimes! It says so in all the fan fiction!" Meanwhile, Basement Era Gerard is awkward and confused at meeting this totally hot version of himself. Clearly talking about comics is the answer! (Hamsters! \o/)
