Cover songs I wish existed:
Styx - Renegade - covered by Fall Out Boy. (I've mentioned this before, but seriously, this needs to exist.)
Hamster Dance (Techno Remix) - covered by My Chemical Romance. This should exist. Maybe as a hidden track on their next album as a surprise for Gerard! (Shhh. Let me have my moment of crazy, it's been a craptastic day.) Imagine it. Ray, Frank, Mikey, and Bob laying down tracks in the studio. Brian acting as lookout in case Gerard shows up unannounced. They're all Very Serious about Getting It Right. There are arguments and frayed tempers, all while working out an arrangement to the stupid Hamster Dance song. Still, when all is said and done and the song is recorded, they are pleased with themselves for a job well done. (And then they start playing it at shows and the fans love it.)
