The last couple of days have been cold and rainy and really kind of awesome, in that I love this kind of weather.
But.
It would be even more awesome if I one of those living fur blankets or whatever they were called from the Vorkosigan books. (Just totally without the whole near-smothering experience.)
I have never in my life wished for something to be real as much as that blanket. Sersiously.
(This is all just to say that I want nothing more than to curl up with a cozy blanket, hot chocolate, and something to read. Like fic, or something.)
Also? How awesome would it be if John finally finished reading War and Peace (or gave up on reading it, whatever) and started borrowing science fiction books from Rodney's people (you totally know there are sci-fi geeks there) 'for research purposes' in order to better understand his new life in Atlantis? (I'm being totally serious here.)
