When I woke up this morning my first thought was that I really, really wanted to write wing!fic for some reason, I kid you not.
So then I sat down and wrote this:
Lorne wakes up one morning with wings.
It should, he thinks, bother him.
Just a little.
But, and this is the other thing he thinks as he stares at his reflection in the mirror, this is Atlantis. It's not like he's the only one who's ever woken up with wings or anything.
So, you know, he has wings now.
(And was properly ashamed of myself.)
My second thought was that I really, really wanted granola to go with my yogurt but didn't have any, so I hopped online and found this recipe and made some.
So far my day has been made of awesome, in that I have achieved all of my (very lofty!) goals. :D
