(no subject)
I'm sick at the moment, so if I don't answer e-mails or reply to comments it's not because I hate you. It's because I'm wrapped up in a blanket on the couch sipping hot apple cider while watching my SGA tapes. And also, possibly, napping a lot, because weekend! Yay! :D
Also, in writing my B-movie ficathon entry I realized that my crack!fic voice/writing style? Pretty much my own thought patterns on a normal day, which...I don't know if I should find that amusing or worrisome. Really.
I also got a chance to see Chicken Little the other day and omg, I loved it so, so much. I mean yes, I may or may not have gotten all emotional and teary-eyed in certain parts, but still, such a funny movie. (And also yes, formulaic and reminiscent of so many movies I wouldn't even know where to begin, but cute! Fish is so my favorite because he was just so damned happy and all around awesome. And Picard as Mr. Woolensworth! ♥)
The dodge ball scene nearly killed me, because yes, popular vs. unpopular = SO TRUE.
Have I mentioned just how much I'm looking forward to this episode? I admit, the title alone causes me to chortle insanely. (And secretly worry, because omg, is that really what they're going to call it?) But for McKay sibling interaction, I'll risk it. And also, this episode? I just...are the writers messing with the fans (as they have been known to do, the bastards) or are they serious? If so, I think I heart them even more.)
