back in the Philippines....
I'm back home after almost six months in New Jersey. First off, holy freaking gawd, it's hot in Manila. I think I have a persistent sheen of sweat just there since coming back home. I have to turn off the air-conditioning since I don't want to over use it and it conks out on me. THAT would be worse.
I miss New Jersey. Too bad that I'm going to miss Spring. It's really a beautiful place. I don't understand what is with all those stereotypical jokes I hear about Jersey. I have great friends, new and old ones which I'm already missing. And the privacy. LOL, I think I've gotten used to having my own space after my time onshore. I have to admit I've been toying with the idea of getting my own place. But that's another thing to think about after a few more months. And something I don't know how to approach my parents with. :)
Also, I just want to go get unto a cleaning spree. I'm still falling asleep at random times though, so maybe in a few more days time. I really want to have my antibac wipes with me right now though. It seems to me there's a layer of dust everywhere... :|
I still missed my family. :D I gave my mom a great big hug when I saw her yesterday at the airport. I have yet to drive on the streets of Manila again, but I plan to do so either today or tomorrow. And, hello pollution. everything smells a little different.
