MY TOP 10 CNBLUE LIVE PERFORMANCES So, here are my 10 favorite CNBLUE's live performances. Well, at least the ones that were aired or documented into DVDs ^__^
I had a hard time deciding what would be on the list and also the order from 1 to 10 lol but I think it would be fun to come back here 5-10 years later and see what I liked so much back in this time :))

"Eclipse" @ 392 Live Concert
Composer & Lyricist: Lee Jonghyun
This one never fails to take me into deep nostalgic mode. Jonghyun's voice when he sang the chorus, "I don't wanna see you feeling blue, I don't wanna see you like it's gone..." was just... perfect. And Yonghwa took the role of lead guitarist here. As a Yonghwa biased, I always love it when he had solo guitar part. He was so lost in the music and so was I.

"One Time" @ TFT Hall
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
This song is one of CNBLUE's classics and they always sang it almost at every live concert/festival. Actually, my most favorite 'One Time' performance is the one at the Mezamashi Festival 2012, but I couldn't find the video, so, here is my second instead. They re-arranged the intro. It made the song even better and hotter.

"Where You Are" @ Tokyo Dome City Hall
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
This song's very meaningful for CNBLUE and also BOICEs because it's the song that earns them the 1st place in the Oricon Chart, and the first time in over 40 years for foreign band at that. And it's composed and written by Yonghwa himself. This performance is the first time they performed the song to their fans.

"Voice" @ WYA Fanmeet YOKOHAMA
Composer & Lyricist: Daichi
VOICE has existed since the band still performed on streets in Japan. This song inspires the fanclub's name, BOICE. I really like this one performance of 'Voice'. The crowd was so high and the boys seemed to have so much fun. It brings smile to my face!!

"In My Head" @ BLUE NIGHT Concert
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
"IN MY HEAD, I KNOW YOU!!!" Oh God, this song has always brought so, so much energy. This is hands down my favorite performance of In My Head. BLUE NIGHT is the only CNBLUE concert in Korea that I love love LOVE. The crowd was awesome, no random hand banners, no various shaped lightsticks... Ack I just love it. And Yonghwa's "Kamsahamnida Yeoreobun, THANK YOU!!!" was just... asadhfdfhdjkjkdh. I always repeat that part at least 7452385 times before I can move on XDD

"Get Away" @ TFT Hall
Composer: Lee Jonghyun
They re-arranged the intro. I like it so much. The tension was building up and the crowd just... exploded by spinning their towels madly. I especially like Minhyuk's drumbeats <3 Oh I just love everything about this performance, actually. I rewatch it a lot. Like, a lot. The energy, even from the screen, is very addicting. I want to feel it again and again.

"I'm Sorry" @ Zepp "Lady" TOKYO 2013
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
"I'm Sorry" can be said as the song that marked their freedom in Korea. They were never allowed to use their self-composed song as the title track. But after 3 years' struggle, finally their company's CEO gave in and let the band to be in charge of their music style in Korea. And since then, they also could perform live in Korean music programs. I think that's why they're especially so fond of this song. They love to perform it, even in Japan. And the one in Zepp "Lady", the energy was amazing. Very high and stimulating. Yonghwa didn't even care about singing it right lol and Jonghyun was in a trance again--an indication that the performance was a success ^__^

"Come On" @ Arena Tour SAITAMA 2012
Composer: Lee Jonghyun | Lyricist (English): Jung Yonghwa | Lyrics translated to Japanese by: Kenji Tamai
White it's true that CNBLUE shines the best and seem to enjoy themselves more in smaller, intimate stages, it doesn't mean that they can't rock bigger stages. This performance never fails to give me goosebumps, right from when Yonghwa shouted "COME ON!!!" and the stage was unveiled, until the very end. 100 points out of 100.

"Y, Why..." @ MTV Unplugged LIVE
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
This is the performance that got me intrigued about CNBLUE. I was like... sucked in and couldn't take my eyes off the screen. The melody, the lyrics, Yonghwa's voice, everything about this one is perfect. I found out later that "Y, Why" isn't originally composed in acoustic style like this, but they re-arranged it special for this live, and that it's also Yonghwa's favorite out of all his self-composed songs. I can see that. This song is perfect. Oh, and I always need to have a moment to calm down because of Jonghyun's awesomeness.

"Tattoo" @ SBS U & I
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
THIS. THIS IS PERFECTION. THIS IS BETTER THAN PERFECTION. What an electric performance. It's kind of a big deal that they let themselves go in a Korean music program. I think the fact that they could perform live is the major factor of their carefree stage act. They were in casual attire, un-gelled hair, in Korea? Now that WAS unusual. Well, this is the way CNBLUE has always been in Japan, but not in Korea. Pre-I'm Sorry, they always seemed so polished and stiff and kinda awkward. But it showed in this performance that they were very comfortable. They were actually a guest star for this show, so not everybody came just to see CNBLUE. And the way the audience were standing up and headbanging to their music should be a clue that CNBLUE's own music could be accepted by the mass public; it's just a matter of delivering. Glad their company had seen the light now :')
AND. This is THE performance that got me into CNBLUE. Yes, this one did it. After almost seven years not even considering to root for other singers other than DBSK-JYJ-JJ, that day after I watched this vid, I declared myself a BOICE ^__^

Oh I just can't leave out this one. I just can't.
"Just Please" @ WYA Fanmeet YOKOHAMA
Composer & Lyricist: Jung Yonghwa
One of my favorite CNBLUE's songs. I'm still amazed that Yonghwa composed this in his indie days. 'Just Please' just feels passionate, emotional, sexy and seductive at the same time. I love it so much. It reminds me of low rumbles of a thunder from afar, getting nearer and nearer with each second. A song and performance with powerful atmosphere <3<3<3<3
