Thanks for your comment. Did you have a seat or where you down in the floor area? Coming that far from Poland for TT is great! Believe me watching these three concerts cost me a fair amount of money, but experiencing a TT concert is so amazing and makes me so happy that ultimately it is worth every penny. I would've gone to England, if they wouldn't have toured here.

Germany is pretty much Robbie Williams Land. But I also read several concert reports from England where the crowd reaction was basically the same as in Germany. Ok with TT4 and very fanatic at RW solo. So I'm not sure if the concert experience would have been different there or in Italy....

It also depends on where exactly you are in the concert and what kind of fans you have around you. Basically in Hamburg I was sitting in an area where this crazy Robbie Fan was, and she was even bashing TT4. People were extremely excited for Robbie there. In Düsseldorf, there were clearly more into TT than RW solo and we danced a lot and the fans went really LOUD for A million Love Songs. So every concert is different and there are several factors that influence they way you experience it.

Robbie Williams Land *lol*. I like this expression :P

But I don't really think it will be over for ever and ever. Maybe in a few years they'll go on another tour. Remember all those Farewell Tours the Rolling Stones made? It was like three or so.

I hope you did some sightseeing in Munich! I know I tend to bitch about this city a lot but it's actually beautiful! It just sucks you had such bad weather :(

Haha, yes, but at the same time it is unfair because TT are so talented and especially the media always reviews the concerts like the concerts were RW concerts. But that'll probably never change.

Yes, maybe in a few years. Probably UK only again, if they tour stadiums without Robbie. But fortunately it's not that far away, it's not like Japan, a trip to London or Manchester should be possible even without being a millionaire.

Went to the English Garden on Saturday and around the City. It was soooo full on Saturday though, that it wasn't fun anymore. But I liked Munich a lot! and that's saying something for someone who considers Cologne the best city in Germany. It's just too bad that it's so expensive flat-wise....

sorry for getting back to so late, but i've been on a holiday break and it's taken me a while to get back to everything.

we had a seat. since we knew we would arrive in munich around 6pm, it would have been pointless to buy floor tickets, but i actually didn't regret not being on the floor. yeah i didn't get to touch markie (a HUGE crush of mine^^), but we had a wonderful view, we saw everything, even if the boys were kinda tiny - but that's what the screens are for:)

funny enough a woman sitting next to me got up after pet shop boys ended their bit. i thought she was going to a toilet or to get a beer but she actually never came back! so i had a spare seat next to me. funny, we joked that she was probably a pet shop boys fan of sth :) right next to this spare seat sat the biggest robbie fan ever. the girl was young, probably a teen and she didn't move her tiny ass from her seat until robbie's solo part. and she sat down right after. i guess it didn't matter to her that robbie was still performing on the stage with the rest of them. but she looked really delighted during those 5 robbie songs. i just hope it was worth the money for her. i don't know if i could ever be as dedicated as her and spend an awful lot of money just to hear 5 songs of my favourite artist. oh yeah, and i ended up hitting her (ACCIDENTALLY!!) during greatest day i think (even despite the seat separating us!), because i got so caught up in watching howard to wave right (we all remember the beautiful world dvd, don't we?)!

yeah the tickets weren't cheap. we paid 90€ each, which was really pricey. i read somewhere that in milan you could a ticket for just 48€, which makes me wonder. but still, just as you said, it was worth every penny i've started saving already for the next tour, whenever it may be. 2013 sounds reasonable :).

yeah, i heard that about germany being robbie land. it's a funny expression and well, good for him. but his fans can be really annoying and the one thing i would have to say bothered me a tiny bit on this tour was that the parts of the concert seemed a bit separate and so did the audience. it was like some people were going crazy when the 4 came out (aka me :P), and some were clearly waiting for rob solo. but putting a show like that, with rob in it must have been really difficult - a logistic nightmare!

after watching fancams of that night i have to say i misjudged the crowd in munich. i was really uncertain whether the people were being enthusiastic enough or enjoying themselves in general, but the screams were loud, the singing was loud, you can clearly hear the crowd having a blast. i guess it just looked like that from where me and my friend were sitting. we were the only frantic ones around, with one woman on the left maybe having as much fun as we did. i even felt bad at first for standing up, cause i was blocking the view of so many people behind me, but i got over it quickly - it was their loss. so yeah, possibly it was the same as some of their shows in the UK. it all depends on the crowd really. but i do recall robbie saying that people in italy were overly enthusiastic (or was it "mental", the word he used:P). but you know, italians :)

i think the highest point tension wise in munich was pray, wasn't it? the screams just wouldn't go away, every time there was a spin :) man, it was a good night.

and what a beautiful city too. i've never been much around germany, which is a little weird, cause it is close to poland. i was expecting an old, rich, overwhelming city that makes you feel tiny and irrelevant, but i couldn't be more wrong. it was calm and cosy, a lot of people were walking around just enjoying the day, in no hurry. i loved the olympic park where the concert was, i loved the narrow streets and 3store buildings, i particularly loved the subway. the city center was ridiculously crowded, just as you mentioned. and the weather could've been better, but fortunately it didn't rain. yeah, i could so live in munich. i'd need to rob a bank first though :)
