(no subject)
I'm in class now. With my laptop, on the internets. Ooh, bad me! Well, it's my way of rebelling because we don't have President's day off. Yes, I'm still bitched out like a two-year-old.
... We're watching a clip from Amercian History X. I have no idea why. This skinner guy just brutally murdered his black dude. It was Traumatic. And then there was some artsy slow motion shots of this guy getting arrested and his son watching, and I got kind of annoyed with it, because I thought that the mothafucka's head was gonna get blown off or SOMETHING the way they were playing it off, but NO. They're just exchanging... meaningful glances. How obnoxious.
I'm tiiiiiiiiired. I was up until 3:30 last night. I didn't need to beeeee, I just waaaas.
This weekend was yet, another weekend! Oh, I went home. It was nice. I would have liked to stay there longer. Even the smell of it made me feel better. (Yeah, I know I'm such a pussyass bitch.) Kat came over on Saturday and we played Soul Calibur and bullshat and worked on the comic and I stripped for her. You knooooow.
OH and on Thursday (Valentine's Day) Caitlin came down here! It was fairly fucking awesome. Her parents took us out to this fancy restuarant ins this "pretty little pretentious shopping center" (as Caitlin referred to it. That girl loves the word pretentious. I love her.) I never knew of before, and now I want to go back to it, because I caught sight of a little bookstore of some kind. I really hope it's Used. It would be really fucking awesome if it was. (FIELD TRIP.) Oh, and the food in the restuarant was awesome. Well, while we were eating it, anyway. Later in the night, we think the calamari we both ate came to haunt us. >_< It was Most Unpleasant and we both got little sleep because of it. We both still felt like shit come the day, but I was feeling better by Saturday. I don't know about her, she went to her grandmother's this weekend and I think her phone died so I haven't heard from her since. D:
But! Apparently we felt well enough to down at least a little lunch, and therein I introduced Caitlin to Jynx and it was positively lovely. I hope Jynx and I's bitching didn't scare her too much though. XD C'mooon, Caitlin, you know that's what I doooo. And Jynx is an absolutely fabulous partner for it. She's rageful and hilarious. We're planning to dress up for our birthdays. That was a completely irrelvant comment to the rest of the paragraph. OH WELL DEAL WITH IT
The Murphys are such absolutely lovely people, though. They pretty much raided Harris Teeter for me with fantastic goodies and I am ever grateful <333 I shall not starve! (Or at least be lacking in sugary treats.)
I'm bored. I'm in Religions of the East now. The class isn't boring, but it's humid and gross in here so I wanna get out. Oh, and I'm tired. That doesn't help. We're talking about Taoism, I should be excited! But I'm not. I'm tired and uncomfortable. I dunno what's worse, being cold or humid. I do really hate being cold. But humid fucks with my hair like no other. Gaaah, I hate my hair.
Apparently we're under a tornado watch? Okkkaaay. I hope it gets us out of class
