People, I need your help! For health/weight loss reason I've decided to eat two vegetarian meals a day. I've realize that I eat too much meat and too much of the wrong kind. I plan my meals by picking a meat and then (maybe) picking a vegetable to go with it. I need to teach myself that meat doesn't make the meal and up my intake of vegetables and fruit. But the only vegetarian meals I've had so far are soup, baked cheese sandwiches and steamed peapods. I need help!
